InsideOut was launched Autum 2008. InsideOut is based in Selkirk and run by Keith Johnson whom has many years agriculture and horticulture experience working in these sectors for 24 years. Keith started his career back in 1984 on the Youth Opportunity Scheme ( YTS ) at St Boswells Agriculture College on Agriculture and Horticulture courses. After successful completion of these courses Keith went off working within these sectors in the Ettrick Valley, Bowhill Estate, Sunderland Hall Estate, Camieston Farm St Boswells. Keith also worked for 9 years within the Emergency Services.

Although primarily within the Agriculture and Horticulture sector, many other tasks Keith carried out was from Agriculture Engineering to General Property Maintenance, external & internal painting of farm buildings - farm houses and domestic houses, building repairs, gutter cleaning & repairs, drainage, fencing, dry stane dyking, also tracked machine operating, Hi-Ab operating, articulated loading shovel operations, JCB operating, HGV livestock transporting and timber haulage.

Keith holds a Class 1 HGV licence which he obtained in 1994 and can carry out casual driving jobs.
